Trauma Free World Launches Global Trauma Alliance to Innovate and Scale Trauma-Informed Care Worldwide
[CINCINNATI, MARCH 5, 2025] — Trauma Free World, a global leader in trauma-informed care training, is proud to announce the creation of a new spin-off initiative, the Global Trauma Alliance. This new division will focus on developing breakthrough technologies and innovations that scale the adoption of trauma-informed care on a global level.
Driving Innovation and Scalable Solutions
Dr. Rob Hall, who has served as Trauma Free World’s President for the past five years, has been named the head of the new Global Trauma Alliance division. Dr. Hall’s mission is to unite global experts across technology, business, and trauma care to make a transformative impact on childhood trauma.
The team’s first major initiative is the launch of Ticco, an AI-powered trauma coach designed to provide caregivers with expert, empathetic support and advice whenever and wherever they need it.
Dr. Hall commented on the launch, saying, 'The Global Trauma Alliance is a bold step forward in our mission to make trauma-informed care accessible worldwide. By leveraging innovative technologies like Ticco, we can empower caregivers and provide personalized support that guides healthy, positive interactions and helps keep families going through difficult issues.'
Expanding Training Efforts at Trauma Free World
Dr. Julie Cooper, formerly Trauma Free World’s Senior Vice President of Training & Curriculum, will step into the role of President of the organization’s core training division. In her new position, Dr. Cooper will lead Trauma Free World’s efforts to expand its training initiatives globally.
As her first major act, she has announced that all on-demand courses will now be available for free, ensuring broader access to trauma-informed care training for caregivers and professionals worldwide.
Aligned Mission, Shared Governance
While Trauma Free World and the Global Trauma Alliance will operate as distinct initiatives, they remain deeply aligned in their mission to spread trauma-informed care to everyone, everywhere. Both divisions will report to the Trauma Free World board and will share the same 501(c)(3) certification and EIN numbers.
