pilot is Free, Affordable Licenses After Launch
If you participate in the pilot, all usage is free so your organization can benefit from the benefits of using Ticco. After the commercial launch of Ticco, the annual cost per user will range between $50 and $100 depending on the size of the organization, with a minimal one-time set-up fee to get your team set up and ready to go.
Giving your families and staff access to a personalized 24/7 trauma-care coach helps keep them going and thriving, reducing turnover, improving morale, and building a more confident team.
The pilot version of the app is ready now! We'll conduct pilots in April and May and expect a full commercial launching in the Summer of 2025.
How do you protect privacy?
We've built Ticco in accordance with privacy standards, including cleaning all PII (private identifiable information) to protect each users privacy.
How does Ticco handle emergencies?
Ticco is meant to be a coach to help people through many difficult situations, but in the case of a user mentioning emergency situations - like gun violence, suicide, or other significant crises, Ticco will interrupt the conversation and instead give the user an emergency message to contact 911, the suicide hotlines or regional crisis lines.
What languages does Ticco speak?
The pilots will be in English, but plans are in place to have Spanish and Arabic later in 2025 with other languages to follow. To note, users can choose to talk to Ticco in any language and Ticco can respond in that language, but all screens and onboarding questions are in English.
How is Ticco distributed to users?
For the pilots we will ask organizations to invite their families and staff via email. We can supply you with a template to make it easy. That email will have a link to a short survey that allows families and staff to pre-register. Once the pilot is live we will send out an access code to all registered individuals. They'll download the app from the App Store or Google Play and enter the access code to start using Ticco.
Is information is available to my organizations about our users?
For the pilots we will share a report out once the pilot is complete. We'll share overall usage statistics and outcome data as well as some key topic areas that users are asking about. All data will be aggregated at the pilot level, but if you choose to continue to a paid license, data will be organization specific.
