Frequently asked questions
When will Ticco be ready?
We are currently conducting pilots and expect a full commercial launching in the Summer of 2025. Pre-sales are fully underway. Contact robhall@traumafreeworld.org to talk about licensing and pricing.
How do you protect privacy?
We've built Ticco in accordance with privacy standards, including cleaning all PII (private identifiable information) to protect each users privacy.
How does Ticco handle emergencies?
Ticco is meant to be a coach to help people through many difficult situations, but in the case of a user mentioning emergency situations - like gun violence, suicide, or other significant crises, Ticco will interrupt the conversation and instead give the user an emergency message to contact 911 or the organizational hotline or supervisor.
How is Ticco distributed to users?
When you purchase a licensing agreement for Ticco, we will supply your organization with a special access code. Users download the app from the app store and enter their access code.
Is information is available to my organizations about our users?
We send quarterly reporting to you that includes usage for your organization, key topics asked by users and aggregated caregiver wellness scores based on stress level, confidence, feeling supported and positive interactions.
What languages does Ticco speak?
We're starting with English, but plans are in place to have Spanish and Arabic later in 2025 with other languages to follow.
